1. Write a 2-3 sentence recap of what was decided.
2. Extract every action item as a table with columns: Task, Owner, Due date.
- Assign an owner only if the notes name one; otherwise write "Unassigned".
- If no date is given, write "No date set" rather than inventing one.
3. List any open questions or decisions that were deferred.
Keep it concise. Do not add tasks that were not mentioned in the notes.
