Acceptance
By using Promptsson (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service
Promptsson is a free, browser-based tool for organising prompts. Its canonical notebook runs in your browser and stores your content on your device. Explicit sharing features can send finished content to a destination you choose or to a short-lived agent snapshot. We provide the Service "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Your content and your data
You retain all rights to the prompts and other content you create. Because the canonical copy is stored only on your device, you are solely responsible for backing it up. We are not able to recover data that is lost from your browser, and we are not liable for any such loss. We strongly recommend using the Export feature to keep your own backups.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for the prompts you create and how you use any AI outputs they produce.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Promptsson and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including any loss of data.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
